Shipping cost

On Cardiosox.it the transport costs are free throughout Italy for orders over € 39.

For orders under €39, the transport costs amount to €5

For shipments outside the Italian territory, the transport costs are specified in the shopping cart and may vary according to the weight and volume of the package.

* the price may vary for special deliveries to remote destinations and will be communicated before delivery.

Shipping Times

The goods are shipped by express courier for ITALY in 1/2 working days from the payment.

Upon dispatch, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number to be able to consult the status of the shipment and you can also access your Personal Area using the "Login" button at the top right.

The courier will deliver the goods in 48/72 working hours.


If the courier does not find anyone at the specified address, he will leave a notice with the telephone number of the branch to contact to arrange for the delivery.

The courier makes two delivery attempts and if they are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to Cardiosox.it. We therefore invite you to contact our Customer Service to promptly resolve a stock.

Upon delivery of the product


1) That the package is intact, undamaged and in any case compliant with the standard characteristics of a package;

2) That the number of packages (number of packages) indicated on the delivery document corresponds to the number of packages actually delivered;

Before accepting the goods from the courier, it is necessary to CAREFULLY CHECK THE INTEGRITY OF THE PACKAGING AND THE QUANTITY OF PACKAGES.

In the event that the package is damaged, broken, wet, crushed or in any case you notice that it is not compliant, it IS NECESSARY to put on the carrier's receipt the words "I ACCEPT WITH RESERVE AND A BRIEF STATEMENT OF THE TYPE OF NON-CONFORMITY".

If the package is excessively damaged, the courier is not required to deliver but must contact Cardiosox; if it is still delivered and the damage is really excessive, we advise you to refuse the goods.

GENERAL "INSPECTION RESERVES" WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED without a description of the damage.

It is also important to check that the number of packages received corresponds to what is indicated on the carrier's receipt.

In the absence of a SPECIFIC reserve, any transport damage will not be recognized under warranty and will not be reimbursed in any way.

Additional services

On some products it is possible to request delivery to the floor through the porter service of the BRT courier (not included in the price and to be estimated), communicating to customer assistance the floor on which to make the delivery and if there is a lift, after making the order. The cost will be calculated separately and communicated before making the shipment.

On some products it is also possible to have an assembly service and you can choose it when ordering (if any). After receiving the product by courier, a technician will contact you within 7 working days to make an appointment.

When ordering, you can request additional insurance. If you receive a damaged product and you have not signed the specific control reserve, the insurance also guarantees free assistance from Cardiosox.it.

For particular deliveries in areas considered "remote" by the shipper, a supplement may be requested before delivery.

For shipments abroad, customs costs are at the recipient's expense.
