Return conditions
Cardiosox.it guarantees the right to return the purchased products, free of charge. Follow the Easy Return procedure of Cardiosox.it
It is sufficient to meet the following conditions:
• the return form must be correctly filled in.
• the return must be made within fourteen (14) working days of receipt of the products;
• the products must not have been used, worn, washed, opened from their original packaging or damaged;
• the products must be returned in their original packaging, if you want to return a kit, you must return all the items that make it up;
there is no right of withdrawal for food products, underwear, personalized and/or made-to-measure products.
If the methods and terms for exercising your right of withdrawal are not respected, Cardiosox will arrange to return the product and the transport costs will be retained.
The Easy Return procedure is valid only in Italy, San Marino and the Vatican.
Refund or Exchange
IF YOU ASKED FOR A COUPON :
When the parcel returns, you will receive a purchase voucher via e-mail within 5 days for the value of the returned item, which you can spend immediately and within 1 year on Cardiosox.it.
You will be able to place an order immediately with the coupon received.
IF YOU REQUESTED A REFUND :
When the package returns, the total amount spent will be reimbursed, withholding an amount of €5.00 for products up to 20kg and €20.00 for products over 20kg or bulky, for collection costs (if you do not return the product via the courier agreed with Cardiosox.it the costs incurred will not be reimbursed).
The refund will be made via the same payment method used when ordering.
In case of payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery, it is necessary to communicate the IBAN code and the amount of €6.50 will be retained for management costs.
